The children were urgently taken from their school in Elverum municipality on April 27, 2023.
As of August 4, 2023: 100 days without the possibility to bring a trusted person to meetings with child services or the chance to be heard.
The children's current situation has not been assessed; the child services in Løten municipality last spoke with the children in May 2022. The children were not heard either during, after, or throughout the emergency placement in foster care, choice of confidant, or opportunity to have contact with their own family.
The children claim to have been subjected to violence, etc., child services withhold all information about this and refused to let the court see arranged child interviews and withheld documents regarding police cases.
The children are 13 and almost 12 years old, they have the right to be heard. They have stated in conversations with the county board, judge's conversation, conversations with doctors and psychologists, and others that they wish to live with their mom. The children are not being heard or believed.

The two children at 11,5 and 13 years old were taken from their school 27th of April by the Childrens Welfare services of Løten Kommune
The childrens´ present time situation was not evaluated. The Løten kommune, Barnevernet, talked to the kids in may 2022 the last time. The chilren were not heard, neither under, after og during the acute process of taken them away from their mother, who they had lived witht their whole life. The chilren were placed in fostercare, were not allowed to talk to their mother, their family, friends and not able to have trustee in meetings with the childrens welfare services, which are their rights.
The children claims to have been exposed to violence etc. but the children welfare services of Løten kommune witheldt this information from the police in the trial and refused to let their mum lead witnesess that would enlightn the situation from the kids´perspectives.
The children have the rigth to be heard and protected. In this case they claim that they want to live with their mum, but they are not heard nor believed in terms of the claims they make.
